Bio Medical Waste
Safe and hygienic disposal of biomedical waste has always been our primary aim. And as M/S. Superb Hygienic Disposals, we started moving towards accomplishing our objective. With the company’s first COMMON BIOMEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT & DISPOSAL FACILITY (CBMWTDF) situated in Chandrapur (MS), we came up with two similar facilities in Nagpur and Nanded respectively, having more than 4000 satisfied clients in the healthcare community.


Treating waste professionally
A Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility has 4 principal units of operation, i.e., Incineration, Autoclaving, Shredding and Waste Water Treatment. In addition to these principal units of operation, there is a temporary storage of biomedical waste, at the site as well. The plant is also capable for recycling plastic wastes, that have potential uses after autoclaving and chemical treatment. Our CBMWTDFs are capable of naturally handling a large variety of regulated medical waste, including hospital and laboratory waste, solid and liquid medical waste, pathological waste, and sharp containers, to name a few. Upon receipt at the plant, the biomedical waste collected from various health care units in non-chlorinated colour-coded bags and containers, is initially stored in a common store-room. From here, it is further transferred to separate storage rooms, according to the different categories of the waste. *Additionally, we also provide detailed training programs on proper and safe collection of waste and its segregation process.

Bio Gas Plant
Under the flagship firm of Superb Hygienic Disposals (I) Pvt. Ltd., we have been successful in setting-up 29 biogas projects and have, at least, 15 upcoming projects in Central India. The venture that began as an attempt to curb the issue of treatment and disposal of Municipal solid waste, has today touched the skies of world-class standards when it comes to technology and automation in Waste Management. We have even collaborated with a Singapore based organization, Netwell Systems Pet Ltd., an automation consultancy for factory and process automation.

Imagine how 10 tonnes of municipal organic waste/food waste or 30 tonnes of animal waste can produce 1000-meter cube of biogas! It’s equivalent to 30 LPG cylinders, capable of producing 1500 units of electricity, that can be further utilised for powering up to 2000 houses.

ECO-FRIENDLY CREMATION SYSTEM
While working for environmental conservation through the different technologies since the inception, the Superb Group is striving to offer the Eco Friendly Solutions. The Superb Group has designed a Wood/Briquettes/Pellets-Cum-Gas based Eco-Friendly Cremation System, perfectly balancing between the sentiments of the people and Protection of Environment. This system is highly efficient, it lowers down the use of wood by 70% for cremation and also lets the bereaved to perform the last rituals.
